Is it true that if a customer want to exchange 19-22 carats gold, he will get 22 carats gold ornaments?
My experience was different at Asansol Tanishq showroom. They measured an ornaments on Karat meters but then apply the method of local jewelry. They calculate (which is not understandable to general people like me) the amount payable to me. They never said that I had to pay the making charge only with balance amount for balance weight of 22 carats gold ornaments.
