Loved the story; it's an excellent narrative and educational piece! Do you think at some point you might write similar pieces about Direct Listings and SPACs? I think together they'd make a really good educational short story triplet!
Great one, Raju! Loved the ending. If you could provide an illustration/representation of offer price determination and greenshoe option, it will help us understand it better.
Haan yaar Kaustav. I actually had basic sketches ready for exactly these 2 points. But had to publish before I could design them to meet deadline. Will see if I can add in later (i doubt it will happen anytime soon though)
It was irritating to read Hindi names, it took away a lot from the story. And I do not mean this in a racist kind of way, it should just have been A and B for example.
Thanks to Gooli, I now get the Silicon Valley references (compression algorithm and all). 😉Amazing narration, worth the wait.
Yes! Thanks for noticing :)

Love the twist at the ending! Thank you for the lucid explanation. Any chance you plan to publish this as a book?
Thanks Hemant :D
There's a plan for an e-book. Will add a bit more and make comprehensive. Will pick it up when I get bandwidth
Apt addition to first part, enjoyed & learned alot while reading.
Thank you for bringing this out.
Thank you :)

Lean into it. It's an acquired taste 😉
